Privacy Policy
Effective date: [Effective Date]
Streetwave LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates StreetWAVE (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
- Usage data. Pages you view, features you interact with, and basic device and browser information used to diagnose issues and improve the Service.
- Location data. Approximate location (city or coordinates you provide) used to surface nearby events. We do not collect precise device location without your permission.
- Content you create. Conversations, follows, saves, and other interactions you create on the Service.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To personalize the events, artists, and venues we surface to you.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service through analytics.
- To communicate with you about the Service.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate StreetWAVE. Each vendor processes only the data needed to provide its service:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Google — sign-in and identity (Google OAuth).
- PostHog — product analytics and event tracking.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Cloudflare (Turnstile) — a bot-check that runs automatically when you sign up, log in, or request a password reset. It collects your IP address, a TLS/browser fingerprint, your User-Agent string, and the site key and page origin the check ran on. Cloudflare processes this only to decide whether the request looks human; we do not receive or store the underlying signals ourselves. Cloudflare acts as our data processor for this check, and any data-protection request about it should be directed to us as the site operator, using the contact details below. Cloudflare describes its own handling of this data in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as theme, and measure how the Service is used. You can clear these at any time through your browser.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at admin@streetwave.live. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@streetwave.live.
Children’s privacy
StreetWAVE is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
